Data Processing Addendum

We ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality.

Acceptable Use Policy

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core services, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Support Response Times

We commit to the following response times for support requests:

  • Critical Issues: 2 hours during business hours
  • High Priority: 4 hours during business hours
  • Normal Priority: 1 business day
  • Low Priority: 2 business days

3. Service Credits

If we fail to meet the guaranteed service levels, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your service agreement.
